Call Out Cottage

Located on the edge of the picturesque estate village of Sledmere, East Yorkshire,  Call Out Cottage is a cosy modern holiday home. The historic Sledmere House with farm shop, tea room and gardens is just a 10-minute walk away. Ideally located on one of the main B-roads into the village it is easy to explore the Wolds, Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire coast.
Enter the cottage through the main entrance of the fire station into a large hall way. A great place to store walking boots, jackets and buckets and spades!
Downstairs consists of a large open plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The dining area comfortably sits six and is adjacent to the bright, well-equipped kitchen. French doors open to the small enclosed patio, which has views across the fields and is a great spot to enjoy an evening drink. Stairs lead to the two bedrooms, the double room has an ensuite with large roll top bath and shower. The twin room also has an ensuite shower room.
