I am a swim coach currently based at Hayling Island beach in Portsmouth. I have worked as an open water swimming guide in Croatia and Turkey.

I share injury prevention tips and improve technique and stamina for a more efficient swimming style.

Beginners and advanced swimmers from preschoolers to adults welcome. All ages, all abilities.
