I am Hannah and the Founder of Evans Gray Consulting Limited.  I provide a range of Commercial Management services which all businesses require at a variety of stages throughout the project lifecycle.  I have over 12 years’ experience in Defence and Government contracting, both in a competitive and non-competitive environment.
 
I am a firm believer in commercial and contractual documentation being straightforward, accessible and easy to understand!
 
Services include (but are definitely not limited to!)

    – Review and/or update of terms and conditions
    – Bid and proposal services
    – Negotiation services
    – General contract management
    – Support with compliance
    – Ad-hoc commercial advice
 
The services can be either on a package of work basis or hourly-rate as required.
