MILSPO® is a global network that supports all UK military spouses, partners and other-halves who are building the businesses of their dreams. MILSPO® operates as a Community Interest Company.

“Find a MILSPO” is a directory where military spouses, partners, other-halves and veterans can upload details of their business to allow others to find and connect with them.

REGISTRATION

By signing up to feature on the “Find a MILPSO” directory, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

You understand that it is your responsibility to provide accurate and current information about yourself/your business – including your correct name, email address and business description.

You understand that any mistakes are your responsibility to notice and rectify and that we will not be held liable for these nor any effect these may have on your business.

You are aware of your ability to update your information at any time using the “My Account” section of the website.

In signing up to the directory, you warrant that you are;

(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

(b) You are at least 18 years old; and

(c) That all information you provide us with is materially true and accurate at all times and not misleading in any way; and

(d) You are signing up to feature on this Directory in your capacity as a business user and a MILSPO (A current UK Military spouse, partner or other-half – including armed forces widows and widowers ).

FEES

The total annual price for the Directory is set out on the order form. Payment allows you 12 months visibility on this website.

You acknowledge that MILSPO® has the right to increase this price for following years where deemed necessary and will be notified of your upcoming renewal in time to make an informed decision.

All payments are non-refundable.

PRIVACY POLICY

The MILSPO® Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and by agreeing you give your consent for us to handle your personal data in accordance with that policy.

You understand that in addition to our Privacy Policy, any details submitted to be visible on this directory will therefore be accessible to internet users around the world.

TERMS OF USE

You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted through a machine on which you access this Directory, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any MILSPO® Website, will be capable of (a) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, (b) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortious or otherwise, or (c) appearing to be offensive, defamatory, libellous, threatening, obscene, racist, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

TERMINATION

You may remove your details from the Directory at any time by emailing support@findamilspo.co.uk clearly stating your wish to have the information removed. We will have 30 days in which to action this request. You acknowledge that no refund will be payable in this instance.
