Exceptional Coaching - Confidence, Career and Clarity Coaching.
What is exceptional coaching? We are a group of three women running a Coaching business from London and Canada. We each have our own area of expertise; I specialise in working with military spouses, serving persons and veterans. As a military spouse myself, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by those who live alongside the military. Managing your needs, your life and your career whilst balancing the moves, change and uncertainty is incredibly difficult. Making the time to invest in yourself and work out how to achieve what you want is essential. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the smartest, most underestimated and wonderful women from within this community and I know how much is possible when you give yourself the time to think and do what you really want.
Why choose us? I have had a full career in Publishing and Technology and began running my own business once we moved with the army overseas. I have worked for some of the largest media organisations in the UK and also at Google. I have lived in 3 countries in 7 years and moved our young family along the way. In addition to working for myself, I also volunteer for Recruit for Spouses as one of their coaches. I was an executive coach at Google at a senior level and qualified as a Life and Wellness coach whilst posted in Canada. I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member and adhere to their code of ethics.
What do we specialise in? I specialise in the key areas most commonly asked for by the Milspo community – these are: Confidence Coaching, Career Coaching and Coaching to find clarity.
What can you expect from our Coaching? A safe space, just for you, to think and challenge yourself to move forward. To be asked questions to enable you to achieve, change or grow into what you want to be. Coaching takes work. It is an investment in yourself and, in my experience, worth every moment and penny you give to it.
What are the fees and format of the sessions? I offer a significantly reduced rate for the Milspo community of £40 per session (Usual fee is £125 per session). We offer an initial free 20-minute chemistry call where we both have the opportunity to decide that we want to work together. In addition to the sessions we offer unlimited support by email, giving the opportunity for further discussion and support. The session format is client-led – duration, frequency and location are discussed in the initial chemistry meeting. Typically, sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour long and a minimum of 3 sessions is advised to start.
